Stock Analytics Intern – Inventory & Discrepancy Analysis

What awaits you?

As a Stock Analytics Intern , you will support the Stock Analytics team in the analytical evaluation of inventory data and stock discrepancies within the production & logistics environments. Your work will contribute to transparent stock governance and stable production processes.
Tasks
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysis of inventory counting results and identified stock discrepancies related to goods receipt, production processes, warehouse processes, and empty packaging.
- Preparation of evaluations, reports, and data summaries to support Stock Analytics validation and approval activities.
- Close coordination with logistics, warehousing, and IT-related functions to understand data inputs and process impacts, while remaining in a non operational, analytical role.
- Support of administrative and documentation tasks linked to analytics and governance activities, including reporting, learning management system content maintenance, and preparation of management presentations.
Expectations
What you should bring along?

- Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Strong analytical thinking and confidence in working with data.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- English at a working / conversational level.
- Affinity for IT, databases & AI tools.
- Structured working style, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Mobility and willingness to work on site.
- Availability of at least 25 hours per week.
