Tasks
Join our team and help shape the future of our Graphisoft Community! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a leading architectural software company while making a meaningful impact on our user community. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for community engagement, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation and management of Graphisoft Community engagement programs, such as user groups, challenges, webinars, virtual events, and other initiatives aimed at fostering active participation and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback across various channels, including social media, forums, and email.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant content, such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to engage community members, spark discussions, and provide valuable insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with the Community Team to curate valuable resources, articles, and industry-related news for the community.
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person community events, facilitating networking and knowledge sharing.
• Help establish and nurture relationships with community members, key influencers, and industry experts.
• Assist in analyzing community engagement metrics, such as participation rates, content interaction, and sentiment analysis, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the community experience, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous growth and engagement within the Graphisoft Community.
Expectations
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or related field such as Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Passion for community building, engagement, and customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and empathize with users.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about learning and willing to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online community management is a plus.
• Familiarity with architectural concepts, Graphisoft solutions, other software tools, or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus.
• Prior experience in community management or customer support is a plus.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
