Our team is not only responsible for the Construction Works of Plant Debrecen but also for the Facility, Mobility, Security, Fire, Ambulance and Environmental Management.
Our team is not only responsible for the Construction Works of Plant Debrecen but also for the Facility, Mobility, Security, Fire, Ambulance and Environmental Management.
Tasks
− supporting data handover management including checking the CAD drawings, preparation of handover document checklists.
− Document migration and tracking using MS Excel macros.
− Data Quality Assurance according to BMW Standards.
− Assistance with documentation of current topics with Agile tools.
− Dashboard maintenance.
Expectations
− Ongoing university studies in Civil engineering, Architecture, Natural sciences or a comparable course of study.
− fluent business English.
− Knowledge in CAD software is desirable.
− Knowledge in Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerBI is desirable.
− Familiarity with usage of AI is an advantage.
− Microsoft Power Apps knowledge is an advantage.
− Individual, responsible and foresighted way of working with proactiveness, high level of discernment and assertiveness and team player skills
− High interest to get to know more professional areas of work.
− Availability 24 hours / week, flexible scheduling, at least 4 days / week.
