Tasks
Our mission is simple:
• Design, map, and improve our processes.
• Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM, MTM, etc.)
• Track distribution center performance and analyze root cause for improvement.
• Implement digital and automation solutions
• Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
• Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design.
• Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.
What will you do?
• Contribute to the global efficiency of the warehouse and/or Adaptation center
• Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools and systems.
• Support lead engineers on complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
o Safety and ergonomics.
o Quality & Customer satisfaction.
o Efficiency & Service Level.
o Cost reduction.
Expectations
• Advanced level on Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D
• Studies in Data Science/Artificial intelligence, Logistics and Engineering
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Proficiency in VBA programming is a plus.
• Proficiency in 3D-Modelling tools (Blender, AutoCAD 3D, etc.)
• Working Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan WMS is a plus.
• Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
• Basic Knowledge of SMART technologies (Cobot, AGV, etc.)
