Tasks
We are looking for a creative and motivated Technology Partner Marketing and Communications Trainee to support our co-marketing initiatives with Graphisoft’s Technology and Sales Partners. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and delivering partner marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement in a global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage partner webinars using GoTo Webinar; schedule and conduct rehearsals with speakers; manage webinar premieres with all presenters; and help publish localized watch-on-demand webinar content.
• Coordinate webinar-related assets (registration pages, emails, banners, agendas) using Jira and working closely with copywriting, design, and marketing automation teams.
• Based on English source content, manage localization tasks (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese) with the Translation Office teams.
• Coordinate partner communication: organize meetings, collect input from cross-functional teams, manage timelines, draft and review materials, and ensure timely publication.
• Support global partner and reseller communication projects to strengthen partner engagement worldwide.
• Work with Marketing Reporting teams to track key performance metrics (registrations, views, etc.).
Expectations
• Ongoing studies as an active, full-time student at a Hungarian university.
• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Student status for at least the next 1.5 years (3 semesters).
• Availability of 20–25 hours per week.
• Strong command of English (C1 level) is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in an online environment, and interest for technology.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy is a plus.
