Student Assistant for P&O Processes, Tools & Reporting

Tasks
- Supporting the P&O Processes, Tools & Reporting team with the creation, maintenance, and formatting of communication materials for P&O colleagues, broader business stakeholders, including managers and employees.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and visual materials to support meetings, updates, and project communication within the P&O organisation.
- Assisting in the development of training materials, guides, and user documentation connected to P&O processes and tools.
- Supporting the creation of training videos by assisting with script preparation, recording, formatting, and editing tasks; willingness to learn simple video creation techniques is expected.
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, collecting inputs, taking notes, and following up on action items for global P&O project and process optimizations.
- Contributing to improving the user experience in Workday by supporting updates to in‑system descriptions, guidance texts, and employee or manager journeys.
- Supporting the team with maintaining document repositories, communication channels, and shared folders to ensure information is up to date and accessible.
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure high-quality output.
- Contributing to ad-hoc tasks related to ongoing projects, communication needs, or training initiatives across the P&O organisation.
Expectations
- Ongoing university studies in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2).
- Good communication skills and ability to structure information clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel, SharePoint and Word is an advantage.
- Ability to manage own tasks with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Interest in HR processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to learn the basics of Workday, as it forms the foundation of our HR processes and user journeys.
- Interest in learning basic video creation and editing techniques for internal HR training materials.
