Spanish Speaking Order Management Intern

We're looking for an Order Management Intern to support international retail projects from quotation through to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers and internal teams.
Tasks
What you’ll do
• Support the team in handling customer requests.
• Support the team in managing sales and purchase orders in SAP.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
Expectations
What we’re looking for
• Active student status for at least one more year at a Hungarian institution.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
• Strong Spanish & English skills.
• Confident Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a big plus.
• Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
