Tasks
You will receive an inside view of Pruefcubing methods:
- how to validate the car buildability, using AR methods
- geometrical alignment concepts,
- root cause analyses,
- build in material quality assurance.
- involvement in initial construction of new prototype/pre-series vehicles
- evaluation of buildability, geometric fit, function and overall quality of assembly parts
- Cross-departmental coordination of project planning with development/construction, quality management, product integration and assembly planning as well as using CAD data.
You will support the Cubing process in the factory including:
- build in material management,
- communicating with suppliers,
- prepare the layout needed for the daily cubing tasks,
- creating quality related reports,
- collaboration with other departments,
You will support the local team in order to have a successful start of production in 2025.
- all relevant training topics from occupational health & safety will be part of your scope.
- Support in the handling and onboarding of new students.
- Close contact with the different technologies to fulfill their training needs.
- Support with administrative tasks like reporting, learning management system maintenance and creation of presentations.
Expectations
- Preferably studying mechanical engineering, automotive technology, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Interest in the entire vehicle
- Experience in working with CAD.
- English on conversational level (to work with international teams)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Readiness to learn company’s software.
- Good organizational skills

- At least 8 hours/day
