We, the Process Planning team of BMW Manufacturing Hungary Kft. (Plant Debrecen), are offering you an interesting internship. For our current tasks and projects to ramp-up the legal and compliance function, we are looking for you to support us. The internship will also give you the opportunity to gain insights in the logistic functions of our company.

Tasks
− You will be part of the process planning team and support our daily work in planning and establishing production processes for the new production plant.
− Assistance in optimizing processes and developing solutions related to manufacturing processes.
− You also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning of projects, including tendering, supplier selection, and project planning.
− You work as a fully integrated team member and help with operational and strategic decisions based on analysis results.
− Work closely with other departments and suppliers to coordinate processes.
− You support the planning team with the ramp-up of the production systems for high-voltage batteries.
− Support our team in developing alternative concepts and assess their impact on profitability, space requirements, and feasibility.
− You will gain an insight into the subject areas of material flow and plant planning as well as structural planning.
− You can contribute your process planning and project planning know-how as well as your technical and organizational skills.
− You work in an international team of experienced planners and experts on complex cases involving supply chain, structural and strategic planning aspects.
Expectations
− Ongoing University studies in mechanical engineering, business administration and engineering and electrical engineering or a related area.
− Quick comprehension and structured thinking.
− Experience in use of common MS Office programs.
− Business fluent in English. Knowledge of Hungarian and German is an advantage.
− Team and communication skills.
− Independent and organized work.
