Tasks
− You will support the local team of occupational training to qualify the new employees of the plant in order to have a successful start of production in 2025.
− All relevant training topics from occupational health & safety and leadership to artificial intelligence and production technology will be part of your scope.
− Support in the handling and onboarding of training suppliers.
− Close contact with the different technologies to fulfill their training needs.
− Support with administrative tasks like reporting, learning management system maintenance and creation of presentations.
Expectations
- Education in Health or health orientation
- IT skills ( PPT, Excel, Word )
- English on conversational level
- Health development experience
- Good organizational skills
- Mobility
- At least 4 hours/day
- Experience in Medical examination is an advantage.
