Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Administration
• Act as the main contact for leasing companies, service providers, and car dealerships
• Prepare reports and KPIs for management
• Support the management of the entire vehicle life cycle
• Monitor the ordering process for new vehicles
• Review and evaluate leasing offers

Cost Control & Data Analysis
• Analyze fuel card data to identify inefficiencies
• Support central claims management (review and approve repair quotes)

Driver Support
• Serve as the contact person for drivers
• Ensure clear and transparent communication
• Organize and monitor driver’s license checks
Expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook
• English language proficiency (mandatory)
• Polish language knowledge (advantage)
• Interest in cars; driving license is a plus
Other
• Working hours: 4 hours per day (Mon–Fri, with flexible scheduling)
• Work arrangement: After onboarding, 2 home‑office days per week
• Start date: Expected within the next few weeks
