Junior Operations Controller - Aviation - shift based

We focus on delivering top-notch flight support services to our clients worldwide. Our clientele ranges from single-engine turbines to wide-body aircraft operators, covering the full spectrum of business and airline operations.
For the growth of our Operations Control Center in Budapest, Hungary, we are looking for experienced and passionate aviation enthusiasts to join our ambitious team.
Tasks
Flight Planning & Operations Control
• Arrange ground services (handlings, fuel, transfers, etc.) for the safe operation of flights
• Air Traffic Control slot monitoring
• Flight monitoring and assistance in case of normal, abnormal, or emergency situations
• Consistent coordination with clients’ charter and pilot teams
• Actively support the company’s safety culture and program
• Taking due account of all regulations relevant to the flight
Expectations
• Mandatory:
o Good problem-solving, decision-making skills and a proactive approach
o Very good skills in multichannel communication (Whatsapp, Signal, Viber)
o Excellent English skills (verbal & written) are a prerequisite; any additional foreign language skills are a plus
o Willing to work irregular hours (night shifts, weekends, public holidays)
o Good interpersonal and communication skills, stress-resistant, team-oriented and able to keep a positive environment for joint success
o Entrepreneurial and network thinking

• Preferred:
o Engineering (Transportation, Logistics, etc) studies
You have a very good understanding of procedures, a quick and precise approach to work and can work in a fast-paced environment.
