Tasks
• Help build the Q✦Lab – a hub for digitalization & Analytics for Total Vehicle Quality
• Opportunity to work in a “start-up” like environment and wear many hats.
• You are the creative leader shaping and telling our story.
• You will tell our story to BMW Leaders in your own methods. This includes creating videos/short films, graphic content, podcasts, websites, or whatever you want to bring to the table.
• You take responsibility for the planning, editing, execution and post-processing of branding and marketing activities.
• Connect with teams across the organization, from frontline workers to senior executives, driving AI and analytics adoption and innovation
• You will plan the experience and contact points of the events for the team
• You work with other in-house areas including battery production, assembly and engineering.

• You have the knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Figma or comparable products.
• You know how to stage media formats such as interviews, blogs, and presentations.
• You have UI/UX experience to improve the digitalization of our projects.
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and intercultural team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hungarian is a plus.
• You are in your bachelor’s or master's degree in Branding, UI/UX design, film, communication sciences, journalism, media technology or a comparable course of study.
