Tasks
The aim of the position is to deliver frontline customer service to our internal and external customers by managing orders and associated follow-ups

• Provide frontline service to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail, fax and instant messaging
• Accurately enter all orders and manage exceptions as per defined processes
• Manage the daily workload on a “first in, first out” basis to achieve defined service level agreements
• Follow-up on any pending issue or inquiry to meet customer delivery expectations
• Work with other internal functions to resolve order management related issues
• Provide status update on orders and order or product related documentations
• Suggest process improvements (CI)
• Demonstrate understanding of Order Support’s Key Performance Indicators and department ISO procedures
