Feladatok
− Completing integrity checks for potential candidates.
− Working on market researches, preparing presentations.
− Taking part on assessment centers.
− Keeping up to date the ATS (application tracking system).
− Supporting with operational tasks for personal interviews, booking and preparing interview rooms, accompanying candidates.
Elvárások
− Ongoing university studies in HR, Sociology and Psychology.
− English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
− Analytical thinking: excellent skills of excel, pivot, power point.
− Availability at least 30 hours / week, flexible scheduling, at least 4 days / week.
− Great communication skills and attention to details mindset.
