GERMAN AND ENGLISH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK (INTERN)

Do you speak German and English fluently and are you interested in the world of IT? Then the Getronics team offers the perfect opportunity for you!
In our unique internship program, you will receive comprehensive training about the ins and outs of IT support. If you reach the defined objectives in our 6-month long development program, you will have the chance to transition to full-time employment with us.
Tasks

- Help end-users by resolving their IT issues and queries
- Provide support through email, chat, or phone
- Support our customers in English
Expectations
Expectations:

- Professional level of and German and English both in written and verbal
- Don’t Worry! IT experience is not required for the position, we will teach you everything, but IT interest of course is a must
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems
- Commitment to complete the full period of the 6-month long program
- Availability to work min. 20 hours/week
- Ready to work in 24/7 (night and weekend shifts)
- Hungarian or EU citizenship
