Tasks

Support the Digital Power SIOPL

• Focus on identification of service level issues and improvement
o Make excel analysis to identify the issues
o contact the team responsible for the references, informing them of the identified issue and requesting actions be taken.
• Identification of excess stock and coordinate actions with supply chain and commercial teams to deplete stock.
o make excel analysis to identify which references require actions to be taken
o identify if excess stock could be depleted through transfer to a different location
o contact relevant team to inform them of the needed action and follow up

Expectations

o Ongoing university studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data management
o High-level of Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel skills. (test will be performed at the interview stage gate).
o Management, Economics or other relevant studies to this field.
o High-level of English language knowledge
o Being able to think and solve problems quickly
o Enjoy making a good- looking excel sheets, presentations, reports
