Tasks
• Handling, recording escalations in our systems
• Organizing meetings and report the issues
• Support the team with administrative tasks
• Propose some solutions to improve the data management in terms of quality and accuracy
• Propose some solutions to ease the process & workload of the teams in terms of digitization, working closely with the central teams and in accordance with Schneider Electric Policy
Expectations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude: being able to think and solve problems quickly
• Reliability and accuracy
• High-level of Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel skills
• Be able to work at least 30 hours/week, flexible working hours
