Feladatok
• Coordinating initial screenings, technical phone interviews, and follow up team/panel interviews
• Assisting in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Researching alternative ways to recruit talent as well as attend job fairs and networking events
• Maintaining employee confidence and protect operations integrity by keeping human resource communication private
• Collecting and entering data to support TA reporting
• Generating reports on recruitment KPIs and supporting dashboard management
• Navigating relationships in a matrix environment to coordinate information and create global data knowledge banks for Global TA team
Elvárások
Education:
• Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university, preferably in human resources or a related field, with at least two semesters remaining until graduation
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving and proven interpersonal communication skills
• An ability to convey compelling messages, both in person and in writing
• Affiliation for planning and organization, and excellent attention to detail
• A diligent work ethic to show initiative, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Prior work experience in a human resource and/or staffing environment
• Collaborative and team-oriented way of working
• Strong command of English (C1 level) is required, both written and spoken
