Graphisoft is seeking a Channel Operations Trainee to support the company’s global sales activities from our Budapest headquarters. The ideal candidate is a full-time university student who can work at least 25 hours per week alongside their studies.

About the role
Graphisoft is seeking a Channel Operations Trainee to support the company’s global sales activities from our Budapest headquarters. The ideal candidate is a full-time university student who can work at least 25 hours per week alongside their studies.
Feladatok
Provide administrative and operational support to both Partners, Partner Sales Managers and the overall Sales Team.
Take over administrative tasks from Partner Sales Managers, enabling them to focus more on field activities.
Create and maintain guides and process documentation for relevant procedures as and when required.
Support data management initiatives by collecting, cleaning, and updating Partner data in sales systems.
Assist in preparing partner agreements, compensation plans, and other contractual documents.
Use Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to organize and maintain Partner-specific folders, reports, project related and other type of documentation.
Enrich Salesforce.com Partner records with additional data and insights as it becomes necessary.
Track and manage partner deliverables through the Partner Portal, ensuring timely and quality submissions, and communicate updates to Partners and Partner Sales Managers.
Generate status and metric reports on Partners and sales programs.
Create spreadsheets and analytical reports in support of Partner and Sales Programs.
Manage multiple parallel tasks and meet tight deadlines when necessary.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
Communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of management.
Elvárások
Active, full-time student status at a university in Hungary for at least the next 1.5 years (3 semesters).
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or a related field.
Availability of 20–25 hours per week.
Fluency in Hungarian and English (intermediate or higher) is required.
Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Quick learner who adapts well to evolving processes and tools.
Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
