Feladatok
The role of the Learning Services Trainee entails developing BIM know-how training content components and/or maintaining Learning Management System infrastructure and automation system. As a member of a group of professional architects, structural and MEP engineers, the successful candidate will have the chance to participate in the development of professional Archicad and general BIM know-how materials that will be delivered to end users, prospects, and sales channel partners all over the world. In addition, the trainee will contribute to the technical backbone of these programs by supporting data driven reporting, light automation and web based learning solutions that make our content scalable and efficient.
The Global Learning Services Team is responsible for multiple major projects at Graphisoft, namely the Learn, Onboarding, Consultancy and Digital Experience projects. The team develops the framework, standards, infrastructure and content for these programs.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of Archicad training and demo materials
• Participate in the development of service package components
• Develop general BIM know-how documents and other media materials
• Work with Archicad in modeling sample BIM projects and training files
• Work with video-editing software to produce content for the major programs
• Participate in the development and maintenance of web based learning assets (HTML pages, portals, and UI elements) used in our global training programs.
• Work with larger datasets to clean, structure, and analyze learning and usage data, helping the team derive actionable insights from reports.
Elvárások
• 3rd or 4th year student in architecture, computer science, information technology, engineering, data science, or related fields with the ability to work 20+ hours a week, for 6+ months.
• Strong interest in BIM, architectural technology, or digital learning solutions, even if your primary studies are not in architecture.
• Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Interest in AI and automation technologies
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Desired Skills:
• Intermediate or higher Archicad knowledge
• Video editing experience
• Comfortable working with HTML/CSS and basic front end concepts (editing and maintaining web based learning content, landing pages).
• Experience with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++ from university projects or hobby work).
• Ability to work with larger datasets in Excel or similar tools (pivot tables, lookups, basic data cleaning, and transformation).
• Hands on familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI or Power Apps) or similar automation/reporting tools
