Feladatok
− You will support the local team of Leadership Partners (HR Management) in daily operational and strategical topics.
− Managing operative tasks about disciplinary issues, and terminations will be the main scope of your daily job.
− You will provide support in process improvement topics, and preparing presentations in the fields of personal development, performance evaluation, internal trainings.
− Keeping internal data base up-to date.
Elvárások
- Ongoing university studies in HR (Economy), Psychology or Law (Labor law focus) fields.
- Confident MS Office knowledge.
- English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, precise administration skills.
- Availability at least 20-24 hours / week, flexibility.
