
English Speaking Customer Logistics Representative
The Student Customer Logistics Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to customers throughout the logistics shipment lifecycle. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role is responsible for handling inquiries related to parcel delivery, shipment tracking, service requests, and logistics-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal operations, transport, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information, and support smooth logistics operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Feladatok
Customer Support:
• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments, deliveries, collection requests, and logistics services.
• Assist customers with shipment-related logistics questions.
• Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, lost parcels, and service-related issues.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Logistics Operations Support:
• Coordinate with internal logistics, warehouse, transportation, and delivery teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor shipment statuses and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
• Support customers with delivery modifications, address updates, and collection requests according to company procedures.
• Escalate complex operational cases to the appropriate departments and follow through until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates in internal systems.
Administrative Support:
• Process customer requests and administrative tasks in line with operational procedures.
• Ensure all customer cases are documented accurately and completely.
• Support internal teams with data updates, shipment investigations, and service-related documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer issues and operational challenges.
Compliance & Quality:
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Information Security requirements.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Elvárások
General:
• Active or passive student status (full-time studies)
• English language knowledge (at least B2 level)
• At least 24 working hours (without breaks) per week between Monday and Friday
Technical:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and databases simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer service platforms is an advantage.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain environments is beneficial.

Egyéb
• We are looking for full-time students with at least B2-level English proficiency to respond to chat messages and emails.
• We are only looking for students who can commit, from mid-October to the end of January, to work at least 24 hours per week on weekdays between 8AM and 8PM. The shifts can be 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours long.
• The work is preceded by a 4-day paid preparatory training, which will be held between October 13 and 16. Attendance is mandatory on all four days from 8AM to 4PM.
• The work is occasional in nature and is expected to be performed until January 31, 2027. We kindly ask everyone to apply for the position with this in mind.
