Feladatok
What you will do:
This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment focusing on data management within an international company. Learn and work on your career: if you like being in contact with people, and you’re not afraid of responsibilities, feel free to apply!
You will be interacting with different entities: Finance, plants, buyers from other categories, suppliers. The scope of the job is European. You will be in charge of supporting our Plastic component European team around the following aspects:
• Data management (data quality, updates, tool): Support the buyer in data collection and animation
• Support buyers in administrative tasks elaborating cost analysis and in implementing data
• Management of “small” suppliers’ day to day business
• Support the team to improve data management and processes to collect information all along the milestone during the year
• Lead Request for Quotation and sourcing projects
• Manage supplier optimization: propose some solutions to ease the process & workload of the teams in terms of digitization (RPA, reporting etc.)
• Support buyer for additional administrative missions
Elvárások
• Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in supply chain, logistics, engineering, data management or related field in management/economics
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as your team and the suppliers are internationals
• You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills (test will be performed at the interview stage gate)
• High interested in IT (macro, RPA, Tableau) and procurement related topics
• Open, proactive and love being challenged
• Be autonomous as your team is outside Budapest, but entire team will be connected to you through TEAMS
• Enjoy making a good-looking excel sheets, presentations, reports
• Valid driving license, category "B," is considered as an advantage
• It is a plus, if you have already gained some work experience in this field, but don’t worry, if you don’t have any - apply and gain your first experiences here, at Schneider Electric

Work Environment:
• Budapest Office
• Composition of the team: 12 people (6 in Budapest, 1 in Italy, 3 in France, 1 Poland)
• Direct manager will be based in Grenoble, France
• Other procurement people in Budapest office
• Business trips may occur in Europe if necessary
