Feladatok
teams in multiple countries
§ Serve as the 2nd level point of contact for SuccessFactors system needs and resolve issues with
local HR Admins and Global SuccessFactors SMEs and Specialists
§ Provide support to local HR team regarding large data modifications- business as usual and ad hoc
mass data uploads
§ Manage global HR reporting requests and global process-related reporting
§ Develop reports and support local and global KPI processes
§ Support the implementation of new SuccessFactors features, system updates and user testings
§ Gather HR data and/or HR process information from multiple sources and consolidate, analyse it
§ Document old and new processes and workflows
§ Prepare training materials for Admins and Employees

§ Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
§ Extreme attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Advanced MS Excel skills
§ Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and client service skills
§ Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn with a strong sense of accountability § Comfort working with cross border teams in a virtual environment Languages: § Fluent Business Englis
