Ceelog is one of the most important Distribution Center (DC) in Europe in term of volume. It also has an adaptation center. It covers 23,816 sq meters and has more than 200 employees.

Feladatok
• Design, map, and improve our processes.
• Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM etc.)
• Track distribution center performance and analyze root cause for improvement.
• Implement digital and automation solutions.
• Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
• Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design.
• Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.
What will you do?
• Contribute to the global efficiency of the warehouse and/or Adaptation center through advanced data analytics.
• Bring innovation to the site in terms of advanced data analytics and digitization.
• Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools, and systems.
• Support lead engineers on complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
o Safety and ergonomics.
o Quality & Customer satisfaction.
o Efficiency & Service Level.
o Cost reduction.
Elvárások
• Advanced level on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Statistics, or engineering related field.
• Proficiency in VBA programming and SQL.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
• Basic knowledge in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
• Experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
