Communication Trainee
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, ready to contribute, and not afraid to jump in and make things happen. As a Communications Trainee, you’ll be part of Greif’s global Corporate Affairs & Communications team, helping us connect, inform, and inspire our people around the world.
You’ll support internal and external communications — drafting stories, coordinating updates, assisting with events, and learning how global communications really work. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, creativity, and initiative go a long way. If you love writing, storytelling, and bringing clarity to complex ideas, you’ll fit right in.

Feladatok
You’ll help craft and deliver content that keeps our teams connected and informed. From drafting articles and leader messages to updating our internal platforms (like Staffbase and SharePoint), you’ll help make sure our communications are clear, timely, and on-brand.
Assist in External Communications
You’ll help tell Greif’s story to the world. This includes supporting the development of press materials, social media content, and storytelling assets that highlight our purpose, people, and progress.
Help Shape Events that Engage
From town halls to employee campaigns, you’ll support planning, logistics, and content development for events that actually mean something. You’ll make sure every message has a purpose and every audience leaves informed — and maybe even inspired.
Coordinate, Create, and Keep Things Moving
You’ll help organize the global communications calendar, coordinate reviews, and track deliverables. Basically, you’ll be the glue that helps keep great ideas on track.
Learn the Craft
You’ll work directly with the Sr. Manager, Communications, and Sr. Director, Corporate Affairs — learning the ins and outs of communications strategy, storytelling, and leadership messaging.
