Feladatok
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute.

What you will do:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
• Timesheet & Contractor Coordination: Monitor contractor working days using our tracking system (Napta), validate timesheets via email, and liaise with vendors.
• Travel & Expense Support: Assist with travel data entry and validation using Excel.
• Onboarding Assistance: Help new joiners gain access to systems and provide onboarding support.
• Project Reporting: Prepare weekly project status reports using predefined templates and track progress.
• Learning & Development Support: Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and manage learning data.
Elvárások
• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary.
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge are must haves (fluent speaking and writing) French is and advantage
• You have confident digital skills, especially with MS Office, MS Teams, Advanced Excel, and you are able to work with data
• You are agile, communicative and precise
• Self-starter and team player with high initiative, positive attitude, and strong focus on results
• As soft skills we require strong communications and collaboration skills
• This role is convenient for a student part time
