TALENT ACQUISITION/ SOURCER INTERN

We are a rapidly growing company, currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition/ Sourcer Intern, whose primary focus will be on sourcing for Software Engineering professionals. This is an internship position and based in Budapest. We are very excited to talk to individuals that are seeking a challenging and forward-thinking place to work!

Feladatok

• Sourcing and screening of talents for current and future hiring demands under the leadership of a supervisor
• Using various sourcing techniques and managing cold calls
• Creating and extending job descriptions
• Active participation in organizing interviews
• Administration of the hiring process
• Managing the candidate’s application materials

Elvárások

• Ongoing university studies, active student status
• Affinity for the world of HR recruitment
• Min. 20 working hours pro week
• Proactive and team player attitude
• Good to have experience in similar job
• Sourcing skills
• Balanced and creative approach to finding and qualifying active and passive candidates
• Must be fluent in English and Hungarian
