Tasks
• Register invoices on different Web - Portals
• Create invoice copies in SAP system
• Collaborate with the Billing Team Members and European Sales Divisions
Expectations
• Valid Student status for Academic Year 2024/2025
• Reliability
• Accuracy
• English and German knowledge
• Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office /Word, Excel, Outlook/
• Being available 3,5 - 4 hours/day from August 2024
• Ability to work on your own and openness to cooperate with the team
