• Manage order portfolio (delivery, return, repair orders) : day-to-day monitoring (driven by Customer Orders rescheduling, cancellation, prioritization inputs, manage allocation etc…)
• Handle Escalations on a timely manner and provide with the best answer & resolutions to Internal & External customers
• Manage Complaints & prevent escalation, Exceptions, Data Issues,
• Transportation & Customs Queries
• Follow, Generate & release PO’s to suppliers.
• Monitoring the portfolio and management of the back order lines
• To support FS Planners with supply chain information
• Coordinate the deliveries with the Supply Chain Network (warehouses/Plants) and Carriers (including last mile delivery to customer)
• Responsible for accurate logistics information to guaranteeing the success of deliveries
• Coordinate with planning for the inventory availability
• Operate the reverse logistics & repair flows
• Daily supervision of logistic providers (UPS, Fedex, …)
• Management of customs export document (EU excluded)
• Optimisation and development of the Order management processes
• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; supply chain management, quality, or related economic field
• Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
• Proficiency in German and English language & strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, continuous improvement.
• Customer service – oriented mindset

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 25-30 hours/week, with a possibility of home office

• Working from home is possible, but please note that sometimes office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
