Feladatok
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and engaging top talent. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms for diverse roles across TAKKT
• Reaching out directly to potential candidates with tailored messaging
• Conducting screening calls to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Providing feedback to candidates and supporting hiring managers
• Managing administrative tasks to keep our recruitment process running smoothly
Elvárások
• A strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition and related studies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for connecting with people
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or sourcing tools is a bonus
• You can work 20-30hrs
