You will be part of the team to launch a new plant and product, the so called “Neue Klasse” - with taking responsibility to support the Launch&Change Control Team in identifying, developing, and rolling out sustainable digital standards for our internal and cross-plant processes.

Feladatok
You are part to ramp up a brand-new plant, with a brand-new product, brand-new IT-systems and brand-new team. Furthermore, you will support and learn for your experience trainers of Launch&Change Control the necessary processes to steer the production and supply chain and help the new colleagues put these processes alive in the most efficient and effective way.
You actively will take part at project meetings and will set up your Process Boards with all relevant information, key performance indicators and management information on the status of Launch and Chance Control.
Elvárások
• Started/At beginning of your studies as of Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• good experience in Microsoft office tools, collection, representation and analysis of data and furthermore good command of virtual working spaces.
• a strong sense of responsibility, passion for car engineering in a strong network with colleagues form all processes all over the world to enable the product and production of our new plant.
• Experience in leading topics, teams and taking responsibility for your results.
• High level of fluent Hungarian & English in speaking and writing is expected.
• Planning and organizational skills are fundamental part of your personality and daily live
• Number of working hours between 20-40h per week is needed.
