Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Our partner is an international leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, including Customer Support services in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and English. They employ over 50,000 staff worldwide and support amazing brands!.
TRAINING:
For this position we hold a 10-day training on weekdays, between 10:00-19:00.
The training is paid under two conditions, once training and nesting is passed, and you have worked 40 hours in the service.
After the training the minimum work hours would be 20-24 hours per week and the service is open from 10:00 until 19:00.
Primarily this is an onsite position but if you are not living in Debrecen you can work from home.

Feladatok
• Professional handling of client claims and requests.
• Computer assisted administration of client claims and requests.
• Escalating more complicated issues for further processing.
Elvárások
• At least 20 hours per week working schedule within opening hours
• Strong Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) language knowledge
• Great communication skills
