Feladatok
− Assisting and addressing workspace needs, such as ensuring adequate desks, tables, IT and other equipment for employees.
− Supporting the installation and maintenance of office equipment, including coffee machines and other facilities-related items.
− Handling all space-related modifications and improvements requested by employees or departments.
− Support ramp up phase of energy module factory, steering construction finishing and industrialization.
− Close contact with the different departments, suppliers in cross functional position.
− Support with administrative tasks like reporting, organization and creation of presentations.
Elvárások
- IT skills ( PPT, Excel, Word )
- Ongoing studies in the field of engineering is a plus (Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering or other relevant studies)
- AutoCAD or SolidEdge knowledge is a plus
- English and Hungarian on conversational level
- Good organizational skills
- Mobility
- 20-30 hours / week
