Feladatok
• Supporting the local team of Leadership Partners (HR Management) in daily operational and strategical topics.
• Assisting Leadership Partners in coordinating employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, and exit procedures.
• Participating in employee relations activities and supporting communication between managers and HR.
• Contributing to local and regional HR projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of workshops, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Keeping internal database up-to date.
Elvárások
• Ongoing university studies in HR (Economy), Psychology or Law (Labor law focus) fields.
• Confident MS Office knowledge.
• English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, precise administration skills.
• Availability at least 20-24 hours / week, flexibility.
Egyéb
• Real Greenfield experience in highly innovative electric car production plant.
