Feladatok
• Helping the work of the Expat Coordinator and the Hospitality Coordinator
• Data recording, handling Excel and Word files, preparing permit application forms
• Providing back-office related actions as scanning, printing, laminating
• Visiting the Hungarian administrative offices as Notary Office, Nav office and Immigration office customer service departments
• Doing preparation for internal meetings and external events
• Handling inventory inventory management for client visits
• Doing taxi management
• Providing general support to other Admin functions based on requirements
