Our leading software company is looking for a talented, part-time Translation Support Trainee
Feladatok
• Providing support in the daily operations of our inhouse Translation Office
• Editing and proofreading documentation tasks, support the production of documentation materials
• Managing translation related communication between partners via email, Teams and phone
• Working with the team members and other departments to distribute content across several platforms
• Handling administrative tasks and regular document updates in our Translation Management System (memoQ)
• Generating Help systems in localized language versions
• Involvement and/or outlook on a wide range of tasks covering the entire scale of translation management
Elvárások
• Knowledge of memoQ or other Translation Management Systems is an advantage
• Great command of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker publishing software is an advantage
• Web editing knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of other foreign languages, experience in a native environment is an advantage
• Hungarian knowledge is an advantage
• Active university or college student status in the next 2-3 semesters
• Ability to prioritize various tasks according to different deadlines and to work independently
• Enthusiasm and ability to multitask
• Availability for a minimum 20 hrs./week
