Feladatok
About the role:
This internship is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of procurement and have insight to a successful multinational company. The Procurement Project Manager Junior will lead Request for Quotation to quickly answer the needs of finding the right supplier and ensure the right quality & on-time delivery.

What you will do:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
• Lead and coordinate dedicated projects in line with plant key performance indicators and connect with key stakeholders
• Engage the right level of data analysis from bill of material of complex project to key customers
• Send request for quotation and track answer from suppliers, in order to get material on time and with good quality for production
• Manage supplier optimization
• Support the Plant Procurement Manager in charge of an annual ambition productivity target
Elvárások
• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; in the field of Economics
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
• You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (intermediate level, PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP are must haves)
• Dynamic, proactive, open to learn attitude and flexibility
• Effective communicator capable of interaction in an international environment both in writing and orally

• Some project management experience and experience with SAP tools (training will be delivered) are considered as an advantage

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office

• Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
