Feladatok
− You will support the local team of occupational training to qualify the new employees of the plant in order to have a successful start of production in 2025.
− All relevant training topics from occupational health & safety and leadership to artificial intelligence and production technology will be part of your scope.
− Support in the handling and onboarding of training suppliers.
− Close contact with the different technologies to fulfill their training needs.
− Support with administrative tasks like reporting, learning management system maintenance and creation of presentations.
Elvárások
− Ongoing university studies in Engineering, IT or Mechatronics related field.
− If you know what is and how to use multimeter and oscilloscope.
− English and Hungarian at conversational level.
− Confident MS Office knowledge.
− Availability at least 24 hours / week, flexible scheduling, at least 3-4 days / week.
− Great communication skills and a mindset with attention to details.
− Analytic way of thinking and structured way of working.
− Ability to work in a team consisting of different cultures.
