Recruitment Coordinator Intern

The Recruitment Coordinator Intern is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the perception of an efficient and smooth hiring process for external stakeholders. This role operates under the coordination of the Talent Acquisition Lead and is designed for students, requiring 20-30 working hours per week.
Feladatok
What is the role about?
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct first-round interviews with selected candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for selected vacancies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and statuses.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Support the development of job specifications and ensure proper collation and administration of these documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation.
• Ensure job postings are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
• Promote KCB’s reputation by consciously managing the talent acquisition experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry trends and salary benchmarks as requested to remain competitive in the job market.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
• Represent Egon Zehnder at job fairs and other networking opportunities, participating in necessary preparations for external events.
• Cover for the Talent Acquisition Lead in their absence, with support from other senior members of the KCB team.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
