
Customer Service Support Intern
We are looking for Customer Service Support Intern to join our team in Budapest!
Feladatok
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking and managing product returns and destructions through internal tools.
• Help monitor and follow up on logistics-related issues such as damages or quantity discrepancies.
• Support the resolution of quality-related cases through designated platforms.
• Prepare and update tracking files in Excel to follow the progress of claims, returns, and destructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help resolve operational issues.
• Maintain organized and accurate data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Use Excel and other digital tools to support data analysis.
Elvárások
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible work schedule to support your studies.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, knowledge of Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
• Proactive and reliable attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong technical affinity, with confident use of MS Office tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
