Supplier Master Data Intern (Chinese speaking is a plus)
We are looking for Supplier Master Data Intern (Chinese speaking is a plus) to join our team in Budapest!
This position is part of the OS organization supporting suppliers providing goods or services to the company. As the company adds new supplier to their supply base, this group will support bringing them onto the supplier network, following up with them as needed. This group will also support the maintenance of existing supplier information within the company.

Feladatok
• Register ELC existing suppliers in Ariba SLP module so that they can self-maintain their basic data
• Work with Suppliers via phone/email to retrieve and update data as required
• Ensure data integrity in key system and maintaining the processes to support the data quality
• Support Supplier data updates, when required
• Follow Supplier compliance processes and procedures
• Create reporting on Supplier key data metrics
• Compose and maintain documentation on Supplier data onboarding and updating
• Periodic update of data definitions, whenever necessary

• Willingness to work at least 20 hours/week (flexible, home office is available) – We can give a certificate for last semester’s mandatory internship if requested
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
• Able to follow complex processes and to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed)
• MS Office skills
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication, Chinese language skills are an advantage.
