Feladatok

As a Business Analyst / intern at Albus Partners Strategic Consulting, you will play a vital role in assisting our team of experienced consultants in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position is ideal for recent graduates or interns seeking to develop their analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in the field of strategic consulting. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights to the operations of the largest fast-growing companies in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client projects. Utilize various tools and techniques to extract actionable information from large datasets.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats for our clients. Provide insights on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.

3. Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with team members to map out current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop recommendations for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

4. Financial Analysis: Assist in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Analyse financial statements and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.

5. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements, present findings, and provide recommendations. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by delivering exceptional service and support.

6. Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing analysis findings, insights, and recommendations. Ensure all deliverables are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations.

7. Learning and Development: Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of business analysis methodologies, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Take part in projects implementing the proposed solutions.

Elvárások

- at least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing), Master’s degree is considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced consulting environment
