About the role:

What you will do:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
• Contact the team responsible for the references, informing them of the identified issue and requesting actions to be taken
• Preparing various reports as per business requirement
• Identification of excess stock and coordinate actions with supply chain and commercial teams to deplete stock:

o Prepare Excel analysis to identify which references require actions to be taken
o Identify if excess stock could be depleted through transfer to a different location
o Contact relevant team to inform them of the needed action and follow up
Elvárások
• Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, logistics, data management or related economic field
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing)
• You have strong digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office, with special focus on Excel skills, ability to work with big data (VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables)
• You have great problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• You have an analytical mindset, enjoy making good-looking Excel sheets and reports
• Willingness to deep dive into different interfaces, keen to understand and learn digital tools
• As soft skills we require ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams
• This role is convenient for a student part time, with supply chain or logistics related interest
