We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Trainee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT concepts and possess a passion for technology.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and management of Salesforce applications.
• Support the Salesforce team in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Participate in the development and execution of testing plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user documentation and training materials.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with other team members on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
Elvárások
• Currently pursuing Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at a Hungarian university, with at least two semesters remaining.
• Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of database concepts, programming, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
