Ceelog is one of the most important Distribution Center (DC) in Europe in term of volume with Local adaptation center operations (Assembly Lines). It covers 23,816 sq meters and has more than 200 employees.

Feladatok
• Design, map, and improve our processes.
• Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM, MTM, etc.)
• Track local adaptation center (assembly lines) performance and analyze root cause for improvement.
• Prepare the work instructions (JBS/OWS) for our operators.
• Implement digital and automation solutions
• Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
• Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design.
What will you do?
• Contribute to the global efficiency of the local Adaptation center (assembly lines)
• Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools, and systems.
• Support lead engineers on complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
o Safety and ergonomics.
o Quality & Customer satisfaction.
o Efficiency & Service Level.
o Cost reduction.
Elvárások
• Fluency in English – Hungarian Is a plus
• Advanced level on Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D
• Studies in manufacturing/industrial engineering
• Proficiency in 3D-Modelling tools (Blender, AutoCAD 3D, etc.)
• Working Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan WMS is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in PLC programming is a plus
• Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
