Feladatok
• Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer
• Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
• Responsible for ensuring contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every customer interaction
• Assist customers or escalate service-related issues to the appropriate department in accordance with the client’s processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Elvárások
• German AND English language knowledge (at least B2 level)
• Basic computer skills including Social Media platforms
• Organised, accurate, with ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary:
• 1,850 HUF gross/hour (over the age of 25 tax rate is 15%, under 25 no taxes)
• Training Paid under two conditions, when training and nesting passed, and secondly you have worked 40 hours in the service.
Work mode: remote:
For Teleworkers service training is delivered online apart from the 1st day (Induction Day) on which you will be required to come into our office.

About the training sessions:
•How is the training delivered?
o For Teleworkers service training is delivered online apart from the 1st day (Induction Day) on which you will be required to come into our office. You will be asked to use your webcam.
o Attendance requirement is included in your contract
•How long is the training program?
o 2 days of logistics and system setup
o 10 days of training (Monday-Friday, 09-18.00, 8 hours/day + 1 hour break& shorter breaks)
o 5 days of Nesting (applying learned skills to practice cases)
• Induction day + 10 days of training + 5 days of nesting period (16 workdays all in all)
• After the Induction Day, the training will be on weekdays from 9 AM until 6 PM.
Test: Daily - From the 2nd day, based on the previous day’s material and one final exam on the last day of the training
Shifts and work time:
• At least 20 working hours (without breaks) per week
• At least one-weekend shift per week
• Monday to Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Breaks:
• 4 hours: 15 minutes
• 6 hours: 30 minutes
• 7 hours: 45 minutes
• 8 hours: 1 hour (1x30 mins, 2x15 mins)
How many hours do I have to work?
o You will work the agreed-upon hours per week according to your contract (excluding breaks).
o The Workforce Team (Rota) creates shift schedules a month ahead and it is announced at least 5 working days in advance.
o We have various shift between 08.00-18.00 and the start of your shift can vary on a weekly basis. This means that you will start between 08.00- 09.00 am depending on the weekly rota. It is your responsibility to check your shift weekly.
o Based on service requirements - mainly in high season (Oct-Jan) - you might be requested to work overtime or be scheduled for shifts over the weekend.
