ENGLISH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK INTERN (Hungarian and/or EU – citizen)

In our unique internship program, you will receive comprehensive training about the ins and outs of IT support.

If you reach the defined objectives in our 6-8-10-month long development program, you will have the chance to transition to full-time employment with us. In Getronics we give you the opportunity to move to higher positions by giving our colleagues the first chance to apply for new roles.

What awaits you?

You will be a part of one of our Helpdesk Teams where you will practice your skills by:

What should you bring to the team?

- Professional level of English both in written and verbal
- Don’t Worry! IT experience is not required for the position, we will teach you everything, but IT interest of course is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Be brave to find creative solutions to problems
- Commitment to complete the full period of the 6-8-10-month long program
- Availability to work min. 30 hours/week
- Ready to work in out of office hours (outside of the business hours (8 am – 17 pm) and sometimes on the weekends)
