Feladatok
This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment focusing on data management within an international company. This is the place to be! Learn and work on your career: if you like being in contact with people, and you’re not afraid of responsibilities, feel free to apply!
You will be interacting with different entities: Finance, plants, buyers from other categories, suppliers. The scope of the job is European. You will be in charge of the following aspects:
• Support buyers in administrative tasks
• Assist with data preparation and analysis, for example: preparing the annual negotiation data
• May expand responsibility to take additional procurement tasks based on the working load and performance
Elvárások
Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge!

• Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in supply chain, logistics, data management or related field in management/economics
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as your team and the suppliers are internationals
• You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills (test will be performed at the interview stage gate)
• You have an analytical mindset and you are highly interested in procurement related topics
• You have open, proactive attitude and you love being challenged
• Great interpersonal and communication skills are must haves
• Be autonomous as your team is outside Budapest, but entire team will be connected to you through MS Teams
• It is a plus, if you have already gained some work experience in the procurement field

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 30 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
• Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour
